Product Delivery – design and engineering connected, up to launch readiness

We implement. Not as an extended workbench, but as a team that thinks design and engineering together. Product Delivery is the third of three building blocks of our product development – it builds on Product Strategy and Product Discovery.

Product Delivery – iterative implementation of design and engineering

Our approach: delivering in usable product increments, not in one big release

Good delivery means design and engineering do not work one after another, but together. That decisions are documented, not just made. And that delivery happens in short cycles so that feedback can flow in early.

What the end result looks like

A product that is ready to launch. With a clear decision line from target picture and scope through to implementation. Built so that teams can continue working with it and users can navigate it confidently. Documented design and technical decisions included.

Typical starting points

  • You have a clear concept and need a team that implements design and engineering together.

  • You have an existing product and want to develop or improve specific components.

  • You want to see progress in usable increments, not only at the end of a long project.

  • You need quality assurance and technical documentation that holds up after handover.

Outcomes you can expect

  • Implemented product increments with clear quality criteria

  • Documented design and technical decisions

  • Release preparation and delivery

  • A product your internal team can continue to work with directly

Product Strategy, Discovery and Delivery

Product Delivery is the third of three building blocks of our product development. It builds on Product Strategy and Product Discovery.

Strategy, Discovery and Delivery build on each other and interlock throughout the product lifecycle. Where you start depends on where you are right now.

Overview: Digital Product Development

Typical start

We start with a short alignment on context, goal and constraints. If a discovery foundation exists, we review it together. Then we define scope, quality criteria and the first delivery cycle. From the first increment onwards there are regular reviews.

FAQ

How long does a Product Delivery take?
That depends on the scope. An MVP can be launch-ready in 8 to 12 weeks. Larger products take several months. We work iteratively – you see progress, not just a result at the end.

Do we need Discovery beforehand?
Not necessarily. Many clients start directly with Delivery when it is already clear what needs to be built. But Discovery helps avoid misdevelopments.

Can you take on Delivery only, without Strategy and Discovery?
Yes. We can start modular. What matters is that decisions and handovers are documented clearly.

What does it cost?
That depends on the scope. Write us and we will make you an offer.
